CPO, FOUNDER

Lucienne Muscat

Lucienne is people-passionate and firmly believes that, without collaborating with employees, a company will not maximise its success potential. She champions the crucial role the People department should hold within an organisation's leadership — a conduit ensuring employees and leadership understand each other and work towards common goals.

She brings over 20 years of experience in management and as Head of HR of one of Malta's largest private healthcare groups, and holds a Master's in Leadership and Organisational Behaviour from Dublin City University.

PEOPLE PARTNER

Sarah Kerr

Sarah began her career in human resources and payroll more than 20 years ago at Central Cigarettes Company Ltd, before joining the Saint James Hospital Group in 2017 — where she was responsible for the group's local payroll and compensation, and involved in recruitment and selection.

In 2023 Sarah joined Peeple, focusing on clients' payroll and recruitment, and liaising with local authorities on work-permit applications and renewals. In her free time she enjoys travelling and spending time with her family.
