About the role
We're looking for an Audit Manager to lead a team of six, reporting to the Head of Client Accounting at a growing CSP firm.
Duties will include:
- Effectively leading, managing and motivating the company's audit team.
- Overseeing audit work quality, efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Monitoring team performance against KPIs and setting targets.
- Identifying, re-assessing and improving structure, systems and processes.
- Managing team workflows, workloads and deadlines.
- Demonstrating expertise in accounting frameworks and ISA compliance.
- Handling audit processes with consideration of risk and technical matters.
- Mentoring team members and reviewing their work.
- Identifying growth opportunities.
Requirements & Skills:
- Fully qualified with a minimum of five years of experience in an audit-related role.
- Expertise in IFRS, GAPSME, and ISAs.
- Knowledge of local tax and VAT regulations.
- Significant audit planning and reporting experience.
- Highly organised, meticulous and analytical.
- Solution-focused problem-solving approach.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Fluent English proficiency.
- Works independently and collaboratively.
